In 1990 I began my career in lighting as a sub rep in Pennsylvania for my brother-in-law, Dan Donovan. Dan was the source of inspiration and knowledge that allowed me to be successful. One year later, I accepted the position as the Quoizel representative in Virginia, North and South Carolina.

In 2020 I became an independent agent that has evolved into Southern Glow Sales

I grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona and attended Arizona State University. My motivation has come from my beautiful wife Tammy for over 25 years.

Owner/Sales

I have been in the lighting industry for over 20 years now. I started my journey in 1998 when I opened up Premier Electric in Garwood, New Jersey. In 2003, I expanded the business to include a lighting showroom called Premier Lighting and Design. This is when I discovered my true passion for lighting.

In 2017, I moved to North Carolina and started my own agency called Carolina Lighting Sales. Then in 2020, I joined forces with Jeff Norris and we started Southern Glow Lighting Sales. My work ethic comes from my father who was the hardest working man I have ever known.

Building long-lasting relationships within the lighting industry has been key to my success. I outwork the competition by hustling harder and being dedicated to service. I have been married to my wife Sandra for 20 years and we have two amazing kids, Tyler and Kayla, who motivate me every day. My mission is to provide the best possible lighting solutions and services to my clients.

Started career in 2001 as a manufacturer's representative and V.P. of Bostrom Lighting Sales.

Active member of the American Lighting Association serving on the Manufacturer's Rep Steering Committee since 2009 and served as the chair for 3 years.

2010 ARTS Award nominee for sales rep of the year.

Proud member of Southern Glow Sales team since 2022.

Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Creighton attended Ravenscroft School before gaining a B.S. degree from East Carolina University.

He is also a NC Outward Bound School Alumni.

I gained my work ethic and knowledge of the lighting industry from my father, Lars, who served as a lighting rep for 53 years.

My inspiration and desire to work hard and be a better person comes from my beautiful wife of 19 years, C.J., and my two amazing daughters, Erin and Devon.

Operations Director

My background is in customer service and project management. I enjoy interacting with customers and exceeding their expectations with my attention to detail and process-oriented approach. This job is my introduction to the lighting industry and my re-introduction into the business world as I have been a stay-at-home mom for some time. I’m excited to learn all about the brands we represent and continue to build relationships with our awesome customers.

Born in Texas and raised in Florida, I attended the University of South Florida for Marketing.

I’m proud to say I’ve been married for 20 years to my husband, Daniel, and we have two amazing daughters together. Cap this off with our black lab, Hunter, and I can honestly say we are living the American dream.
